This is a remote position.

Schedule:

  • Full-time
  • 40 hours per week or 8 hours per day
  • Monday – Friday
  • 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM PST | 12:00 AM – 9:00 AM Manila time 
  • With 1 hour unpaid break in between

Job Responsibilities:

  • Administrative Support: Efficiently perform a variety of administrative tasks such as file management, data entry, preparing HR documents, and maintaining HR records to support the HR department’s daily operations.
  • Recruiting: Assist in the recruitment process by handling calls related to HR inquiries, aiding in the screening and scheduling of interviews, and providing overall support to recruiting efforts.
  • Employee Assistance: Serve as a point of contact for employees to address basic HR-related questions and provide guidance on company policies and procedures.
  • Documentation: Take responsibility for the preparation and distribution of HR documents, including employee handbooks, policies, and compliance forms, ensuring that all employees have access to necessary information.
  • Support HR Projects: Actively contribute to various HR projects, initiatives, and activities, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to take on additional tasks as needed.
