This is a remote position.
Schedule:
- Full-time
- 40 hours per week or 8 hours per day
- Monday – Friday
- 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM PST | 12:00 AM – 9:00 AM Manila time
- With 1 hour unpaid break in between
Job Responsibilities:
- Administrative Support: Efficiently perform a variety of administrative tasks such as file management, data entry, preparing HR documents, and maintaining HR records to support the HR department’s daily operations.
- Recruiting: Assist in the recruitment process by handling calls related to HR inquiries, aiding in the screening and scheduling of interviews, and providing overall support to recruiting efforts.
- Employee Assistance: Serve as a point of contact for employees to address basic HR-related questions and provide guidance on company policies and procedures.
- Documentation: Take responsibility for the preparation and distribution of HR documents, including employee handbooks, policies, and compliance forms, ensuring that all employees have access to necessary information.
- Support HR Projects: Actively contribute to various HR projects, initiatives, and activities, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to take on additional tasks as needed.
