Job Description

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy to scale existing channels while recommending new channels to explore and test, ultimately increasing brand awareness and engagement across our owned channels for a Web3 audience.
  • Bring our brand voice to life across our social channels, speaking and engaging with our Web3 audiences in a way that is thoughtful and relevant.
  • Manage the day-to-day execution of Sui Foundation’s owned channels, including X/Twitter and LinkedIn, which will include the creation and curation of content.
  • Monitor social media channels for trends, engagement, and mentions, and independently respond when appropriate.
  • Analyze and report on the effectiveness of campaigns in terms of traffic, engagement, and conversion rates.
  • Establish clear goals and benchmarks for our channels and campaigns, using data to iterate on our social strategy.
  • Work cross-functionally across the Marketing organization with internal stakeholders to bring our brands to life across owned channels. 

Requirements

  • 5 – 7 years of proven experience as a Social Media Manager (or similar role) overseeing channels with 500k+ followers, with at least 2 – 3 years of experience in Web3
  • In-depth knowledge of various social media platforms and best practices
  • Ability to meet deadlines and post to social media accounts in real time, with little need for oversight 
  • An executive presence: you can be present and thoughtful in review meetings, have the agility to pivot and adapt execution as the strategy evolves, and can take direction/critiques well
  • Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
  • Creative thinker with strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
