Administrative Assistant
Provides overall administrative support, assists in the organization and coordination of division leadership. Participates in the completion of special projects such as policy manuals, Board Meeting materials, acquisition documentation, sales and leadership meetings, operational reports; maintains various databases; provides office and phone coverage in absence of other administrative staff.

Job Duties:
Provides administrative support to ensure efficient operation of division leadership.
Provides general administrative support including preparing, editing and creating correspondence; answering and screening phone calls; screening mail; making travel arrangements; creating, maintaining files; creating and editing Power Point presentations and Excel spreadsheets; manage calendars for team and other general support duties as required.
Maintains various databases and spreadsheets as requested.
Assists with special projects to include but not limited to mailings, acquisition documentation, sales and field meetings, policy manual editions, etc.
Acts as a liaison between other departments and outside agencies, including high-level staff such as senior vice presidents, presidents, CEOs, and chief executives.
Drafts written responses by phone or e-mail when needed. Responds to regular requests for information
Drafts correspondences, memos, graphs, tables, charts, as requested.
Works independently and in conjunction with a team on special nonrecurring and ongoing projects.
Coordinates special projects as requested which includes disseminating information, planning, and coordinating presentations.
Other duties as assigned.

Proficient computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office
Solid ability to learn new technologies and possess the technical aptitude required to understand flow of data through systems


Requirements
Minimum Job Qualifications:
High School Diploma or equivalency
Minimum four (4) years related experience is required
Exact experience considered is Administrative Assistant or Secretary
