This is a remote position.
Scope:
- Part-time position: 5 hours per day, Monday to Friday (9 AM to 2 PM Lehi, Utah Time)
- Remote work with flexibility for candidates based in the Philippines, China, or Europe
- Handling less than 10 customer calls per day
- Managing a variety of administrative and customer service tasks
- Collaborating with a global team and international client base
Responsibilities:
- Manage bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks, basic reconciliations
- Handle customer communications related to logistics via phone, email, WhatsApp, and WeChat
- Assist with sourcing work and supplier management
- Organize and maintain complex spreadsheets with advanced formulas
- Manage and prioritize daily tasks efficiently within a 5-hour workday
- Support general administrative duties as needed
Requirements:
- Proficiency in QuickBooks and advanced Excel skills
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities
- Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal
- Experience with customer service and multi-channel communication
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Familiarity with international business operations is a plus
- Basic understanding of or willingness to learn about 3D printing technology
