Job Title: Client Success Manager (CSM)

Our client is a leading property management firm specializing in providing comprehensive management services to landlords and property owners. They focus on enhancing client satisfaction through proactive communication and operational excellence.

Job Description:

The Client Success Manager (CSM) will be the primary relationship builder and growth partner for our landlord clients. You will ensure that clients are supported, retained, and empowered through proactive communication and value-driven engagement. This role involves working cross-functionally with various teams to oversee the entire client journey — from onboarding to renewal.

Responsibilities:

• Own and manage relationships with designated landlord clients.

• Serve as the main point of contact for client inquiries and concerns.

• Conduct regular account health check-ins to discuss portfolio updates.

• Lead the client onboarding process and educate clients on systems and workflows.

• Monitor churn signals and implement retention strategies.

• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth execution of client requests.

• Prepare and present performance reports tailored to each client.

• Identify friction points and collaborate to improve workflows.

• Contribute to SOP development around client lifecycle management.

Required Experience and Qualifications:

• 3+ years in a Client Success, Account Management, or Customer Experience role.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Excellent organizational and project management skills.

• Comfortable with metrics, reporting, and CRM tools.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with property owners or investor clients.

• Familiarity with real estate operations and leasing coordination.

• Background in a remote-first or startup environment.

• Experience with property management software (e.g., Buildium, AppFolio).

Personality:

• Strong relationship-building skills.

• Proactive and strategic thinker with a client-focused mindset.

• Excellent problem-solving abilities.

Software & Tools:

• CRM Tools: HubSpot, Pipedrive, or similar.

• Project Management: Asana, Notion, or Trello.

• Property Management Software: AppFolio, Buildium, or RentRedi.

• Google Workspace: Docs, Sheets, Slides.

• Communication: Slack, Zoom, Loom.

• Reporting Tools: Google Sheets, Looker Studio (or similar).
