We are seeking a detail-oriented and tech-savvy Creative Marketing Virtual Assistant to support

our marketing team. The ideal candidate will be adept in data analysis, creative performance

optimization, and marketing metrics. This role involves meticulous data management, reporting,

and research to drive the success of our creative campaigns.

Key Creative Responsibilities:

1. Understanding of Marketing Principles:

– Apply basic marketing concepts such as ROAS, Hook Rate, Hold Rate, CPA, and

Conversions to analyze and optimize creative performance.

2. Attention to Detail:

– Ensure accurate data gathering and analysis to generate reliable insights.

3. Analytical Skills:

– Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform decision-making and

improve creative performance.

4. Critical Thinking:

– Strategically evaluate creative outputs to identify strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and

areas to avoid.

5. Creative Breakdown:

– Dissect creative elements (messaging, visuals, tone, targeting) to understand audience

resonance and inform future ad strategies.

6. Research Skills:

– Conduct industry research, competitor analysis, and market trend studies to inform creative

strategies. Use tools like Foreplay to support the creative team by adding relevant trending ads

or competitors to the inspiration library.

Key Non-Creative Responsibilities:

7. Organization and Time Management:

– Utilize monday.com for self-tracking and project reporting to ensure timely completion of

tasks and team visibility.

8. Reporting and Reviewing Data:

– Create weekly, monthly, and ad hoc reports showcasing creative account wins, losses, and

potentials using tools like Motion or Northbeam. Understanding ad buying and Meta campaigns

is a plus.

9. File Management:

– Organize and maintain digital files (creative assets, documents, project briefs) in Dropbox or

other cloud-based software for easy access by the creative team.

10. Workflow Optimization:

– Identify opportunities to streamline processes, implement tools or systems to improve

efficiency, and suggest ways to optimize workflow.

11. Data Entry and Organization:

– Perform accurate data entry from platforms such as Shopify, Meta, Google Analytics, and

Klaviyo into spreadsheets or database systems.

12. Spreadsheet Proficiency:

– Use Excel or Google Sheets to create pivot tables, charts, and trends for basic reporting

purposes.

13. Basic Data Analysis:

– Perform basic data analysis to identify errors or anomalies in data.

14. Support Marketing Team:

– Assist with administrative tasks, including preparing reports, documentation, and other

support tasks as needed.

Qualifications:

– Proven experience with data entry tasks, preferably within a marketing or e-commerce

environment.

– Must have at least 2 years of proven experience in this type of role

– Strong proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets, including creating pivot tables, charts, and using

formulas.

– Basic understanding of digital marketing metrics and principles.

– Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

– Familiarity with project management tools like monday.com.

– Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a remote team.

– Good communication skills and the ability to convey information effectively.

– Knowledge of Slack is a bonus!
