Qualifications:
- Strong communication, analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Basic to intermediate knowledge of SQL.
- Prior experience in customer support or a related field, especially in healthcare.
- Familiarity with HubSpot, Retool, Posthog, or Metabase is a definite advantage.
