Job Description

  • Act as the first point of contact for our global customer base, addressing inquiries and support issues.
  • Guide users through our cutting-edge software and hardware solutions, ensuring optimal customer satisfaction.
  • Utilize advanced tools like Retool, Metabase, Posthog and SQL for data querying and analysis to improve customer experiences.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to resolve complex issues efficiently.
  • Analyze customer feedback to contribute to continuous product and service enhancement.
  • Lead product demonstrations and training, showcasing our commitment to excellence in healthcare technology.

Qualifications:

  • Strong communication, analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Basic to intermediate knowledge of SQL.
  • Prior experience in customer support or a related field, especially in healthcare.
  • Familiarity with HubSpot, Retool, Posthog, or Metabase is a definite advantage.
  • Passion for working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment that drives global health innovation.
