Job Description:

Our client is looking for a part-time Outreach and Customer Support Specialist who will engage with pre-qualified leads and provide post-sale support. The ideal candidate will contribute to building strong customer relationships and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

• Reach out to warm leads via email, messaging, or phone (no cold calling)

• Build relationships and guide potential customers through the buying journey

• Follow up with customers post-purchase to ensure satisfaction and upsell when appropriate

• Keep CRM and communication logs up to date

• Work closely with the sales and fulfillment team

Required Experience and Qualifications:

• Good English communication skills (written and spoken)

• Friendly, professional, and detail-oriented

• Experience in customer service, outreach, or sales preferred

• Willingness to learn – training will be provided

• Interest in jewelry/fashion is a plus

Preferred Skills:

• Strong interpersonal skills

• Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively

• Basic understanding of CRM systems

Personality:

• Team player with a positive attitude

Software & Tools:

• Familiarity with CRM software is a plus
