This is a remote position.
1 Brand Development
1.1 Develop and implement a unique and cohesive brand identity for VentureX and overall visual style.
1.2 Design the company profile, presentations, and branded materials that communicate the essence of VentureX.
2 Creative Leadership
2.1 Lead all creative efforts for the company, from concept to execution, across print, digital, and multimedia platforms.
2.2 Collaborate with the marketing, PR, and events teams to align creative outputs with strategic goals.
2.3 Provide creative direction for promotional campaigns, ensuring all visuals are impactful and aligned with the brand identity.
3 Design and Production
3.1 Create high-quality designs for print, digital, and social media platforms.
3.2 Produce and edit engaging video content for events, campaigns, and social media.
3.3 Oversee the design of materials for events such as summits, forums, and workshops.
4 Team Collaboration
4.1 Work closely with internal teams to ensure consistency and quality across all visual assets.
4.2 Manage external creative vendors and freelancers as needed.
5 Innovation and Trend Awareness
5.1 Stay updated on design trends, tools, and technologies to keep VentureX’s visuals cutting-edge.
5.2 Continuously improve creative workflows and processes for efficiency and innovation.
Requirements
Years of Exp 3-5 Years
Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, visual communication, fine arts or a related field.
Preferred industry Innovation and Technology Management, Consultancy, Investment Management
3+ years of senior graphic designer, or similar role.
Proven track record in developing brand identities and leading creative projects.
