Job requirements
- Minimum of 2 years experience in client success or account management
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
- Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
- Demonstrated track record of meeting and exceeding targets
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field
- Experience in the tech industry is a plus
