The job in a nutshell

As our Performance Marketing Team Lead, you will be responsible for defining and executing our paid marketing strategy. You will ensure we maximize the efficiency of our current paid search efforts while expanding into new performance marketing channels such as social media, niche platforms, and programmatic advertising. In this role, you’ll also have the opportunity to directly lead and mentor a team of two, shaping their growth and contributing to the overall success of the department. Your expertise in data-driven decision-making and campaign optimization will be crucial to accelerating TestGorilla’s growth.

You are experienced in managing large-scale budgets, with a demonstrated ability to handle budgets of at least $2 million annually, and deliver significant, measurable results.

You have experience managing and mentoring junior team members.

You are an outstanding communicator, with a keen eye for detail.

You love to design and execute impactful marketing strategies, raising the bar with your creativity and ability to coordinate across multiple stakeholders.

You’re skilled in leveraging analytics and insights to optimize campaigns and inform decision-making.

You are entirely comfortable juggling multiple priorities and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced, scale-up environment.
