About the role
We are looking for an experienced Product Marketing Manager who will create and deliver compelling narratives that showcase our product’s unique value, engaging customers, attracting prospects, and aligning internal teams. You will drive business growth through strategic go-to-market (GTM) plans that capitalise on market opportunities.

Key responsibilities
- Regularly conduct and update market research.
- Analyse customer feedback and product usage data.
- Monitor competitor activities and strategies.
- Create and refine customer segmentation models.
- Develop messaging frameworks for different customer segments.
- Position products to highlight unique value propositions and advantages.
- Produce sales materials, including pitch decks, datasheets, and FAQs.[both internally and externally(for customers)]
- Provide ongoing support and updates to sales and product teams.
- Collaborate with product management to define feature priorities.
- Gather and integrate customer feedback into product development and/or sales enablement.
- Communicate roadmap updates to internal stakeholders.
- Evaluate product performance and market alignment.
- Identify gaps and opportunities for new products or enhancements.
- Align portfolio management with strategic business objectives.
- Collaborate with strategic sales to set and adjust pricing.
- Analyse market pricing trends and customer price sensitivity.
- Use pricing as a strategic tool in product positioning.
- Provide customer insights and feedback to the product team.
- Facilitate customer advisory boards or focus groups.
- Provide strategic insights to guide long-term business decisions.
- Publish regular reports or newsletters on market trends and innovations.
Job requirements
What you bring
- 3+ years of experience as a Product Marketing Manager in Hosting/Domains/SSL or SaaS industry;
- B2B experience;
- Experience of working in international teams;
- Fluent English;
- BSc or MSc in Marketing or a relevant field;
- Proven experience in market research, customer feedback usage, and competitor analysis;
- Affinity in developing customer segmentation models and messaging frameworks;
- Expertise in positioning products strategically in the market;
- Ability to work closely with sales and product management teams;
- Capability to communicate product roadmap updates clearly to stakeholders;
- Experience in facilitating customer advisory boards and focus groups.
- Competence in defining and prioritising product features;
- Expertise in analysing market pricing trends;
- Skill in using pricing as a strategic tool in product positioning;
- Proficiency in presenting strategic insights to guide business decisions.
