  • Coordinate internal non-technical initiatives such as process launches, cross-team campaigns, or operational improvements;
  • Work across several teams at once — customer support, marketing, CRM, analytics, and operations;
  • Build clear project plans: set goals, define stakeholders, agree on timelines and responsibilities;
  • Keep projects on track: monitor progress, identify risks, and adjust scope or pace when needed;
  • Facilitate meetings, align stakeholders, track follow-ups and decisions;
  • Support teams in quarterly roadmap execution, ensuring prioritization and accountability;
  • Communicate across departments and locations when projects require broader collaboration;
  • Take on ad-hoc tasks — launching new programs, preparing presentations, or supporting internal communication.

We need your professional experience:

  • 2+ years of experience managing technical and/or non-technical projects (preferably internal or cross-functional);
  • Confident use of project management tools (Jira, Confluence);
  • Solid understanding of Agile/Scrum frameworks;
  • Experience in modeling, analyzing, and improving business processes;
  • Upper-Intermediate English or higher (both written and spoken);
  • Comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment;.
  • Nice to have: background in iGaming or other fast-moving digital industries.
