- Coordinate internal non-technical initiatives such as process launches, cross-team campaigns, or operational improvements;
- Work across several teams at once — customer support, marketing, CRM, analytics, and operations;
- Build clear project plans: set goals, define stakeholders, agree on timelines and responsibilities;
- Keep projects on track: monitor progress, identify risks, and adjust scope or pace when needed;
- Facilitate meetings, align stakeholders, track follow-ups and decisions;
- Support teams in quarterly roadmap execution, ensuring prioritization and accountability;
- Communicate across departments and locations when projects require broader collaboration;
- Take on ad-hoc tasks — launching new programs, preparing presentations, or supporting internal communication.
We need your professional experience:
- 2+ years of experience managing technical and/or non-technical projects (preferably internal or cross-functional);
- Confident use of project management tools (Jira, Confluence);
- Solid understanding of Agile/Scrum frameworks;
- Experience in modeling, analyzing, and improving business processes;
- Upper-Intermediate English or higher (both written and spoken);
- Comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment;.
- Nice to have: background in iGaming or other fast-moving digital industries.
