Nova by Loopify is our dynamic and rapidly growing user-generated content (UGC) platform, dedicated to empowering creators and fostering an inclusive and engaging community. As we expand, we are looking for a motivated and experienced Talent Success Manager to join our team and help our creators achieve their full potential.

Key Responsibilities:

Creator Relations:

  • Act as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of creators, providing guidance and support to help them achieve their goals.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with creators to understand their needs and challenges.
  • Regularly communicate with creators to offer feedback, updates, and personalised growth strategies.

Event Coordination:

  • Plan and execute virtual and in-person events such as meetups, webinars, workshops, and conferences to engage and educate creators.
  • Coordinate and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless event planning and execution, including marketing, logistics, and content creation.
  • Manage event budgets, timelines, and resources efficiently.

Talent Success Initiatives:

  • Develop and implement programs and initiatives aimed at enhancing creator success, such as mentorship programs, content clinics, and growth hacks.
  • Analyze performance metrics and provide actionable insights to creators to help them improve their content and reach.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure our creators have access to the latest tools and techniques.

Community Engagement:

  • Foster a positive and collaborative community environment by encouraging interaction and networking among creators.
  • Organize and host community events and discussions to drive engagement and strengthen the creator community.
  • Address and resolve any issues or conflicts within the community in a timely and professional manner.

Content Development:

  • Work with creators to develop high-quality content that aligns with platform guidelines and resonates with their audience.
  • Provide feedback and recommendations on content strategy, production, and distribution.
  • Identify and nurture emerging talent within the community.

Performance Tracking and Reporting:

  • Monitor and analyze the performance of creators using platform analytics and other tools.
  • Prepare regular reports on creator success metrics and program effectiveness.
  • Use data to identify opportunities for improvement and growth.

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience in talent management, event planning, or a similar role, preferably within the digital content or media industry.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing and supporting talent or creators.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders.
  • Creative and strategic thinker with a passion for digital content and creator success.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software, and content analytics platforms.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
