The Role:

We are seeking an Account Manager to join our team!

Our Client Services department fosters exceptional relationships with Digible’s agency and tech clients, offering strategic recommendations that reflect a deep understanding of client goals and ensuring that digital campaigns and products meet or exceed expectations.

As an Account Manager, you will manage 80-100 accounts, serving as the main point of contact and relationship owner. You will provide strategic digital marketing insights and work cross-departmentally to advance company initiatives. Responsibilities include overseeing all digital aspects of client campaigns, including performance and reporting for Paid Search, Paid Social, SEO, Organic Social, Geofencing, Display, Review Management, Email, Native, Spotify, and more. You will also act as a product expert for Digible’s tech platform, Fiona.

Responsibilities:

Manage client relationships with 3-6 corporate contacts and 80-100 accounts, maintaining a response time under 12 hours and a monthly retention rate of 96%+.
Provide monthly reporting and analysis by the 6th business day, mid-month check-ins around the 15th, and present findings on monthly client calls.
Oversee all digital aspects of campaigns, including performance and reporting for Paid Search, Paid Social, SEO, Organic Social, Geofencing, Display, Review Management, Email, Native, and Spotify.
Monitor campaign performance proactively and collaborate with operations teams to optimize ROI.
Lead demos and setup calls to onboard and ensure the success of clients on our SAAS platform, Fiona.
Support client adoption of Fiona products, report bugs to the development team, and suggest UI improvements based on client feedback.
Collaborate selflessly with other departments to deliver the best client experiences.


Requirements:

1+ years in a client-facing role.
1+ years of digital marketing experience (paid search, paid social, display, geofencing).
Experience in a fast-paced agency environment.
Experience in multifamily, senior living, or student housing is a plus.
Superb communication skills, quick learning ability, a growth mindset, and alignment with personal values.


Compensation and Benefits:

Salary Range: $66,000 – $80,000
