We are looking to hire a motivated, experienced Creative Strategist who can be instrumental in shaping our brand’s creative vision and ensuring the successful execution of our campaigns. In this role, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to develop innovative strategies that resonate with our target audience, analyze market trends to inform our creative direction and drive impactful storytelling across multiple platforms.

This role is a full-time position.

Requirements

We are looking for a Creative Strategist specifically with these requirements:

  • Excellent English written and verbal communication skills
  • Proven experience of 2+ years in D2C e-commerce content marketing and social media advertising for fast-growing revenue companies
  • At least 2+ years of direct response marketing and copywriting for social media ads
  • Experience working with popular social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Youtube, TikTok, and X
  • Knowledgeable with the following remote tools: Slack, ClickUp, Motionapp, Shopify, and Notion
  • Experienced in efficient use of testing budget and producing high-quality creative output
  • Ability to analyze qualitative and quantitative data to inform creative strategies effectively
  • Experience analyzing market trends and business needs
    in a tast-paced e-commerce environment
  • Strong project management skills, capable of managing multiple initiatives simultaneously and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Your responsibilities will include (but are not limited to):

  • Briefing Graphic Designers and Video Editors: Provide detailed briefs to graphic designers and video editors, outlining creative concepts and objectives for both new and existing campaigns
  • Scripting and Storyboarding: Collaborate with the creative team to script and storyboard new concepts or refine existing ones, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and strategic goals
  • Generate New Creative Concepts: Develop fresh and innovative ideas to diversify our ad strategies and test new approaches outside of existing core concepts
  • Test New Scripts and Edits: Conduct tests on new scripts, text hooks, and various small edits to optimize scalability and maximize performance across different channels
  • Oversee Creative Aspects for Card Products: Ensure all creative elements related to card products maintain consistency and align with brand objectives
  • Quality Control: Conduct thorough quality checks on final creatives before launch to ensure they meet our brand standards and resonate with our target audience
