Key Responsibilities

  • Keyword Research: Discover new opportunities and trends through ongoing keyword and topic research.
  • Content Production Management: Manage the end-to-end content production process with AI tools, collaborating with clients and internal teams.
  • Performance Monitoring: Analyze and report on SEO and content performance, tracking metrics like traffic, conversion, keyword rankings, and ROI.
  • Content Audits: Conduct regular audits to optimize content, ensuring best practices and user experience.
  • Traffic Monitoring: Track traffic and understand the impact of optimizations and external changes such as algorithm updates.
  • AI Workflow Building: (Training provided) Develop AI workflows to create and optimize content for clients.
  • Client Management: Interact with clients weekly, improving standard operating procedures and delivering more value.

Requirements

  • Experience: 4+ years in SEO with a proven track record of success.
  • Writing: 4+ years of writing and editing experience, creating compelling content.
  • Customer-Facing: 4+ years in customer-facing roles.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in technical SEO, content management, link-building, and keyword research.
  • Problem-Solving: Strong structured problem-solving skills.
  • Builder Mentality: Hands-on approach to driving impact.
  • SEO Tools: Proficiency with enterprise SEO platforms (e.g., STAT, Ahrefs) and understanding of how to use LLMs for SEO goals.
  • Communication: Excellent communication skills to influence others across all levels and functions.
  • Data-Driven: Ability to draw insights from quantitative and qualitative data.

Nice to Haves

  • CMS Experience: Familiarity with CMS platforms like Webflow, WordPress, and headless CMS.
  • Prompt Engineering: Experience in prompt engineering.
