Job Description

We are seeking a creative and experienced UX/UI Designer to join our team in a remote capacity. As a key member of our software development team, you will be responsible for crafting exceptional online user experiences through intuitive and innovative application designs.

Responsibilities:

Design Implementation: Plan and implement new designs for websites, desktop applications, and mobile apps (Android/IOS).

Design Optimization: Enhance existing user interface designs to improve usability.

Usability Testing: Conduct tests to ensure the intuitiveness and quality of user experiences.

Client Communication: Collaborate with clients to understand their business objectives and develop tailored solutions.

Technical Requirements: Define technical and business requirements to deliver user-centered designs.

Creative Design: Combine creativity with awareness of design elements to create engaging interfaces.

Prototyping: Develop prototypes for new product ideas and test them before implementation.

User Research: Conduct ongoing user research to inform design decisions.

Requirements:

Experience: 2-5 years in a UI/UX design role or similar position.

Portfolio: A strong UI design portfolio showcasing your work.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., graphic design, visual design, computer science).

Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to discuss design options effectively.

Attention to Detail: Detail-oriented with critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.

Customer Focus: Customer-centered approach to design.

Technical Skills: Proficiency in Adobe’s range of products (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Acrobat, Dreamweaver) and experience with HTML5 & CSS3.

Usability Knowledge: Familiarity with usability factors in human-computer interaction.
