Job Description:

We are hiring a Web Designer & Digital Marketer who can bring campaigns to life through clean design, smart systems, and innovative technology. This part-time role (20–30 hours/week) involves designing websites, social and print content, SEO-optimized assets, and supporting campaign development across multiple platforms. Successful candidates will work closely with our founder and team to support clients in high-impact industries.

Responsibilities:

• Web & Brand Design

• Build clean, responsive websites using Duda, Webflow, Wix, or Elementor

• Develop brand identities encompassing logos, typography, and color systems

• Ensure mobile optimization, accessibility, and performance best practices

• Graphic Design (Digital + Print)

• Create social graphics, email headers, web visuals, and ad creatives

• Design brochures, business cards, signage, and other print materials

• Prepare and deliver print-ready files to vendors as needed

• Content Marketing & AI Support

• Use AI tools like ChatGPT for content ideation and task automation

• Collaborate on blog drafts, email marketing copy, and social storytelling

• Help create and execute campaign-focused content calendars

• Marketing & SEO

• Apply SEO best practices in content creation

• Assist with Google Ads, Meta Ads, and basic ad campaign setups

• Manage content posting and scheduling across multiple platforms

• Analytics & Optimization

• Monitor and report digital performance using analytics tools

• Suggest UX or content improvements based on performance insights

• Participate in monthly KPI reviews

• Project Management & Client Communication

• Take ownership of project timelines and deliverables

• Communicate clearly with internal teams and clients

• Update project boards and maintain project status

• Organization & Workflow

• Provide daily updates on task completion and blockers

• Participate in weekly 1:1 calls and internal syncs

Required Experience and Qualifications:

• 1–3+ years in web design, graphic design, or digital marketing

• A strong portfolio showcasing branding, web design, and campaign content

• Proficiency in:

• Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)

• CMS tools (Duda, Webflow, Wix, Elementor)

• Google Drive, Notion, Slack, Microsoft Teams, Loom

• Working knowledge of:

• SEO best practices

• Social media content creation

• AI tools (ChatGPT, Jasper, etc.)

• Social media scheduling tools

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with running or supporting paid ads

• Familiarity with automation tools (Zapier, Make)

• Knowledge of analytics tools and heatmapping

• Experience with healthcare or service-based clients is a plus
