About the Company: Our client is a fast-growing real estate and vacation rental business specializing in high-end rental properties and home sales. They are seeking a Marketing Coordinator to support marketing execution, content scheduling, and customer communication.
Job Description: We are seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Part-Time Listings & Data Assistant to manage property listing updates and perform basic administrative duties. This is a remote role requiring no calls—just email and message-based updates. You’ll ensure accuracy and timeliness of weekly listings by organizing communication, entering data, and proactively checking for updates from hosts or partners
Responsibilities:
Monitor a shared inbox and update weekly rental/property listings.
Input booking availability and status changes into the system or spreadsheet.
Forward relevant communications or follow-up with missing information as needed.
Track and organize incoming messages with clear tagging and documentation.
Maintain high data integrity with daily or near-daily consistency.
Required Experience and Qualifications:
Strong attention to detail and high accuracy in data entry.
Basic experience with email tools, spreadsheets, and online platforms.
Ability to work independently with minimal oversight.
Good written English and responsive communication.
Preferred Skills:
Experience with property/rental listings or online booking platforms.
Spanish or Portuguese as a secondary language is a plus (but not required).
Familiarity with inbox organization and message tagging/flagging.
Personality:
Highly dependable and proactive.
Calm, focused, and task-driven.
Comfortable with repetitive work and routine updates.
Takes ownership over accuracy and follow-through.

Compensation & Benefits:
10 hours/week (with potential to grow).
