Job Description:
We are looking for a Virtual Assistant to join Our Client’s team on a full-time remote basis. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, proactive, and able to handle a variety of administrative tasks with professionalism. This role requires strong English communication skills and a commitment to being available during business hours to support phone-based and scheduling needs.
Responsibilities:
• Answer and manage phone calls consistently throughout working hours.
• Schedule and coordinate appointments.
• Take and relay messages accurately and promptly.
• Perform general assistant and administrative support tasks.
• Ensure professional and friendly communication at all times.
Required Experience and Qualifications:
• Native English speaker or C2 English proficiency.
• Previous experience as a Virtual Assistant, Administrative Assistant, or in a similar role preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Highly reliable, punctual, and able to stay available on the phone during the entire shift.
• Strong organizational and detail-oriented skills.
Preferred Skills:
• Experience in managing schedules, calls, and administrative workflows.
• Ability to prioritize tasks effectively and handle multiple responsibilities.
Personality:
• Professional, polite, and customer-service oriented.
• Organized and proactive.
• Dependable and punctual with a strong sense of responsibility.
Software & Tools:
• Standard office productivity tools (calendar, email, messaging, and call management platforms).
English Level:
C2, Native
Schedule:
9-6 CST
Salary and Benefits:
• Full-time contract, remote position.
• Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM CST.
• Payment in USD or Local Currency according to candidate’s preference.
