We are seeking a Customer Success Manager (CSM) to join our growing team. This role is vital in managing client relationships, ensuring effective onboarding, and maintaining high client satisfaction. As a CSM, you will serve as a trusted advisor, helping clients achieve their goals.
Responsibilities:
• Manage client onboarding, ensuring a seamless transition into our services.
• Maintain ongoing communication with clients to ensure satisfaction and proactively resolve issues.
• Develop and implement strategies to enhance client retention and success.
• Understand client objectives and collaborate with internal teams to meet their needs.
• Provide recommendations for process improvements and enhance the client experience.
Required Experience and Qualifications:
• Previous experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or Client-Facing roles preferred.
• Basic understanding of finance, investment, or capital markets is highly desirable.
• Strong English communication skills (native-level preferred but not required).
• Proficiency in using CRMs, project management tools, and online collaboration platforms.
• Organized, proactive, problem-solving mindset, and strong interpersonal skills.
Preferred Skills:
• Familiarity with financial terms, investor types, and fundraising processes.
• Ability to work independently and thrive in a remote team environment.
Software & Tools:
• Familiarity with CRMs and project management tools preferred.
English Level:
C2
Schedule:
Part-time – Flexible within US business hours
Salary and Benefits:
• Payment in USD or Local Currency according to candidate’s preference.
• Hourly-based compensation (rate negotiable based on experience).
• Flexible working hours, ideally a consistent schedule aligned with US/EU business hours
