Job Title: Growth Performance – Executive & Operations Assistant

Our Client specializes in the development of athletes through innovative programs and resources tailored for young athletes and families. They also host a podcast that focuses on Division 1 sports, offering insights, interviews, and community engagement.

Job Description:

Our Client is seeking a Remote Executive & Operations Assistant to support their dual ventures, focusing on athlete development and podcast production. This role emphasizes the creation of efficient workflows and cohesive operations.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain systems that integrate athlete development with podcast operations.

• Build and manage a CRM database in Go High Level for various stakeholders.

• Manage email accounts, triage messages, and ensure follow-up.

• Support scheduling and calendar management.

• Liaise with media producers and editors to maintain editorial calendars.

• Track production deadlines, guest bookings, and outreach activities.

• Assist in communications among podcast guests, co-hosts, and production partners.

• Design outreach systems to connect athletes, mentors, and audiences.

• Draft communications to build and strengthen relationships.

• Support content uploading for online courses and applications.

Required Experience and Qualifications:

• Proven organizational and project management skills.

• Proficient in CRM platforms, scheduling apps, and task management software.

• Experience with Go High Level, Stripe, or similar tools.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Tech-savvy with the ability to work across multiple online platforms.

• Collaborative and adaptability in coordinating with various specialists.

• Proactive, self-starter mindset with strong problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills:

• Familiarity with outreach strategies and digital correspondence.

• Understanding of athlete development and podcast production.

• Experience in content management systems and online course platforms.

Personality:

• Highly organized and detail-oriented.

• Resourceful and proactive in anticipating needs.

• Collaborative and able to work with diverse teams.

Salary and Benefits:

• Payment in USD or Local Currency according to candidate’s preference.
