Job Description:

Our Client is seeking Project Managers to oversee and coordinate prefabricated steel housing projects. The role will serve as the vital link between construction processes and factory operations, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with quality standards.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and manage prefabricated steel housing projects from planning to completion.

• Act as the liaison between construction teams, factory operations, and stakeholders.

• Create and manage project timelines, schedules, and Gantt charts.

• Monitor budgets, resources, and deliverables to ensure efficient execution.

• Oversee compliance with U.S. construction standards and regulations.

• Track project progress and report updates to leadership.

• Ensure smooth communication and alignment between engineering, construction, and manufacturing teams.

Required Experience and Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.

• Minimum 3 years of project management experience, ideally within construction or prefabrication industries.

• Strong understanding of construction processes and factory operations.

• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.

• Proficiency in English (Spanish language skills are a plus).

• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple stakeholders and cross-functional teams.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with prefabricated steel housing or coastal construction projects.

• Knowledge of project management certifications (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) is highly desirable.

• Strong technical understanding of structural processes to effectively coordinate with engineers.

• Familiarity with budgeting, resource allocation, and vendor management.

• Highly organized and detail-oriented.

• Strong communicator with the ability to manage diverse teams.

• Adaptable and proactive in addressing project challenges.

• Results-driven with a focus on meeting deadlines and quality standards.

Software & Tools:

• Project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera, Asana).

• Communication tools (e.g., Slack, Microsoft Teams).

• Scheduling and tracking systems.
