Job Title: Sales Agent

About the Company:

Our Client is a Shopify Plus agency that specializes in setting up e-commerce ecosystems for merchants. They focus on brand design, front-end and back-end development, and offer retainers for growth, emphasizing conversion optimization for their clients and brands.

What You’ll Do:

Our Client is seeking a Sales Agent to join their growing team. The Sales Agent will focus on both outbound and inbound sales processes, engaging with potential clients, nurturing leads, and understanding client pain points to effectively communicate solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct outbound sales outreach and manage inbound sales inquiries.

• Nurture leads through the sales funnel to conversion.

• Understand client needs and articulate how the company’s services can resolve their issues.

• Utilize CRM systems for tracking leads and sales activities.

• Participate in sales calls and provide valuable insights to clients.

• Collaborate with the team to refine sales processes and strategies.

• Meet key performance indicators such as closed deals and volume of outbound calls.

Required Experience and Qualifications:

• Proven sales experience, preferably in e-commerce or related fields.

• Familiarity with Shopify and basic understanding of e-commerce operations.

• Sales training background is highly desirable.

• Experience with CRM systems, preferably HubSpot.

• Strong English communication skills.

Preferred Skills:

• Familiarity with conversion optimization techniques.

• Ability to manage multiple sales leads and prioritize effectively.

• Understanding of client pain points in the e-commerce sector.

• Consultative selling approach.

Personality:

• Highly communicative and client-oriented.

• Proactive and self-motivated with a strong drive for results.

• Adaptable to both independent and collaborative work environments.

• Eager to learn and grow within the sales role.

Software & Tools:

• HubSpot or similar CRM.
