Job Title: Client Success VA

What You’ll Do:
The Client Success VA ensures that Our Client members experience a smooth, high-touch service from onboarding to offboarding. This role is essential for maintaining the backend systems and communication workflows that underpin client satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
• Manage client support systems, including daily uploads and CRM data integrity.
• Handle client communications via email, text, and community postings.
• Support onboarding and offboarding processes for members.
• Oversee community engagement in Facebook groups.
• Provide event and training support through scheduling and content coordination.
• Manage accounts receivable processes and reporting dashboards.
• Track member engagement and update weekly dashboards.
• Maintain tech workflows and membership site updates.
Required Experience and Qualifications:
• Proven experience managing client support systems.
• Proficiency with CRMs and relevant technology platforms.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
Preferred Skills:
• Familiarity with Go High Level, Zoom, and membership platforms.
• Experience in community management and client outreach.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Personality:
• Detail-oriented and tech-savvy.
• Proactive in identifying issues and gaps.
• Collaborative team player with a client-first mindset.
• Reliable with a focus on timely delivery.
Software & Tools:
• Go High Level.
• Zoom.
• CRM platforms.
English Level:
C2, Native.
Schedule:
8-4 PST.
