Key Responsibilities
- Proactively identify and engage with new business leads across a variety of sectors.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with potential and existing clients.
- Conduct discovery calls and client meetings to understand hiring needs and offer tailored recruitment solutions.
- Work closely with internal resourcing teams to match talent to client requirements.
- Maintain an organised sales pipeline and CRM to track outreach and follow-ups.
- Stay up-to-date with market trends, competitor activity, and industry movements.
- Meet and exceed monthly targets for outreach, client meetings, and placements.
Requirements
Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a recruitment or client-facing sales role.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales or placement targets.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills – able to build rapport quickly and confidently.
Comfortable working independently and managing your own pipeline.
Proficiency in using CRM tools and recruitment platforms (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter).
