Job Description:
We are seeking a Part-Time Social Media Manager & Video Editor (Short Form Video).
Responsibilities:
• Plan, produce, and edit short-form video content for Meta, YouTube Shorts, and TikTok.
• Develop and maintain content calendars ensuring consistent posting and brand alignment.
• Collaborate with creative teams to brainstorm ideas, scripts, and visual concepts for short videos.
• Stay current with social media trends, viral formats, and algorithm updates.
• Analyze content performance metrics to optimize future posts.
• Repurpose long-form videos into engaging short clips.
• Manage community engagement and interactions across platforms.
Required Experience and Qualifications:
• Minimum 2 years of experience in social media management and video editing.
• Proven experience creating content for Meta (Reels), YouTube Shorts, and TikTok.
• Strong video editing skills using CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, or Final Cut Pro.
• Understanding of pacing, storytelling, and attention-grabbing hooks for short-form videos.
• Experience tracking and analyzing engagement metrics.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Preferred Skills:
• Background in brand strategy or social media advertising.
• Basic motion graphics or animation skills.
• Familiarity with influencer marketing and user-generated content (UGC).
• Experience using AI tools for content ideation or editing (e.g., Descript, Runway, ChatGPT).

English Level:
Native, C2, C1.
Schedule:
9am-1pm EST
