Job Description

• Develop and execute technical, content, and off-page SEO strategies.
• Conduct deep keyword research and perform on-page optimization (metadata, URL structure, headings).
• Perform content gap analysis to identify opportunities and ensure alignment with E-E-A-T principles.
• Manage backlink auditing, link disavowal processes, and identify PR and digital mention opportunities.
• Execute the full client hand-off process from sales, including SEO kickoff meetings and access requests for necessary tools (GSC, GA4, CMS, FTP).
• Establish and configure project management tools and time tracking for new client projects.
• Manage internal communication for urgent client requests and adhere to reporting procedures.
• Utilize SEO tools like Ahrefs, SEMrush, and Screaming Frog for auditing and research.
• Set up custom reports and client-facing dashboards using Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and Google Tag Manager.
• Demonstrate understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript fundamentals as they relate to SEO.
• Manage multiple complex projects while maintaining attention to detail and proactively solving problems.
• Adapt to changes in search engine algorithms and continuously learn new strategies.
• Communicate effectively, documenting complex strategies clearly.

Qualifications

• Required

  • Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in an SEO-focused role (agency experience preferred).
  • Expert proficiency in SEO tools, including Ahrefs, SEMrush, and Screaming Frog.
  • Deep knowledge of Google Analytics (GA4), Google Search Console (GSC), and Google Tag Manager.
  • Understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript fundamentals.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
