Job Summary

The ideal candidate will play a key role in driving business growth by identifying, engaging, and converting potential clients for Sellable Marketing and its partner brands. The candidate MUST be proactive, persuasive, and digitally savvy , capable of leveraging multiple platforms and channels to build relationships, nurture leads, and close deals.

Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and reach out to potential clients via freelancing, social media, and an email marketing platform.
  • Research and qualify leads using CRM and lead-tracking tools.
  • Create and manage outreach lists based on industry, region, and business type.
  • Craft personalized outreach messages, proposals, and follow-up emails.
  • Manage inbound messages and respond promptly to inquiries from all channels.
  • Schedule discovery calls, demos, or consultations with interested prospects.
  • Build and manage drip email sequences using tools like Mailchimp, HubSpot, Zoho, or Brevo to nurture cold and warm leads.
  • Monitor open rates, click-throughs, and responses to improve campaign performance.
  • Use social media channels to identify target businesses, engage decision-makers, and pitch services.
  • Participate in relevant online communities (LinkedIn groups, marketing forums, Facebook groups) to generate leads organically.
  • Manage and optimize Sellable Marketing’s profiles on freelancing platforms.
  • Submit bids, follow up with prospects, and close deals for both internal and client projects.
  • Maintain accurate records of all communications, leads, and deals in the CRM system.
  • Prepare weekly reports on acquisition activities, conversion rates, and campaign performance.
  • Work closely with the other departments to refine messaging and identify best-performing acquisition channels.
  • Collaborate with the Tech & Automation Specialist to automate repetitive outreach processes and enhance lead-tracking systems.
  • Suggest creative outreach strategies – such as webinars, partnerships, referral programs, and community engagement – to expand reach.

Requirements:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills – not negotiable.
  • Experience using freelancing and social media for prospecting and client engagement.
  • Proficiency in CRM and email marketing tools (HubSpot, Zoho, Brevo, Mailchimp, etc.).
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing, lead generation, and client conversion.
  • Basic knowledge of social media advertising, graphics design, content writing, and analytics – an added advantage.
  • Highly self-motivated, target-driven, results-oriented, and data-driven, with the ability to work independently in a remote setting.
  •  Ability to manage multiple leads, deadlines, and communication channels simultaneously.
  • A growth mindset. Always eager to test, learn, and optimize client acquisition strategies.
