As a Sales Hunter / Digital Sales Manager (m/f/d), you will win new customers for our agency services and our MarTech solution OWAPro. You understand digital business models, can explain complex services clearly and convincingly – and enjoy creating measurable new business from real added value.
Together with marketing, tech and our expert units, you will shape what modern sales at hurra looks like today and in the future.

Responsibilities
Your Tasks & Mission
Strategy & Lead Management
- Developing smart lead and outreach strategies – data-driven, modern, efficient
- Identification of suitable companies and their specific challenges
- Building individual outreach campaigns via modern channels – no standard, no templates
New Business & Customer Acquisition
- Initial contacts that work: You convince with presence, clarity and empathy
- Qualification and further development of leads together with our specialist teams
- Acquisition of new customers for agency services and tech products – from the initial meeting to the conclusion
- Building long-term customer relationships and new success stories
Cross-Unit Collaboration
- You don’t think in silos: You bring together sales, marketing, tech and consulting
- Analysis, management and further development of relevant KPIs throughout the sales funnel
- Use tools, automation, and data for efficient, scalable operations

Qualifikation
Was du mitbringst
- Erfahrung im B2B-Vertrieb – idealerweise im Agentur-, SaaS- oder MarTech-Umfeld
- Verständnis für Marketing & Digitalstrategien (SEA, SEO, Webanalyse, Tracking, Attribution) – oder klare Lernbereitschaft
- Datengestützte Denkweise: Personas, Journeys & KPIs statt Bauchgefühl
- Fähigkeit, viele Themen parallel zu steuern – ohne Qualitätsverlust
- Starke Kommunikations- und Präsentationsskills: klar, authentisch, überzeugend
- Ownership mentality: You think along, make and really bring ideas to the road
- Excellent German (C1), good English skills are an advantage
- And above all: genuine interest and a real desire to rethink modern sales
