We are pan pan, a leading boutique consultancy with currently 12 employees. Our business is growing rapidly due to a strong market presence and personal brand. Until now, sales and initial discussions were completely in the hands of the founder. Now we are looking for you to take on this responsibility, provide professional advice to our inbound leads and close deals. You are not a “number” in the sales team, but the right hand of the management in growth.
Your mission: You accept the baton from our founder. Your task is to methodically qualify incoming prospects (inbound), understand their challenges and confidently lead them to completion. All without “hard selling”, but through real consulting expertise.
This is not a place for cold-calling cowboys or pushy sales dudes. We grow through our strong brand and inbound leads. We are looking for a strategic partner who talks to C-level decision-makers on an equal footing and convinces through expertise, not pressure.
Responsibilities
- Lead Management: You will take on pre-qualified leads (mainly LinkedIn Inbound) and conduct initial discovery calls.
- Upsell existing customers: You develop strategies to convince our existing customers of new consulting services.
- Consultative Closing: You will conduct strategy discussions, present our solutions and negotiate contracts right up to the signing.
- Process optimization: You’ll help us turn the founder’s intuitive sales knowledge into a scalable CRM playbook.
- Building Trust: You act as a bridge between the founder’s personal brand and the professional excellence of our team.
Qualification
- Experience: At least 3-5 years of experience in B2B sales, ideally in the agency, consulting or high-ticket service environment.
- Mindset: You are a “farmer” with “Hunter” skills. You can listen, analyze, and sell solutions, not just products.
- Communication: Excellent written and spoken German. You feel comfortable talking to managing directors and decision-makers at eye level.
- Structure: You work with CRM systems like Pipedrive in a disciplined manner and don’t just rely on your gut feeling.
- Expertise: You are very familiar with e-commerce and search marketing and understand the challenges of our customers.
