Growth Experts is an all-you-can-eat marketing agency with clients in South Africa, Europe, and the US.

We’re seeking an experienced growth marketer with all the skills necessary to help drive results for our clients.

What kind of person are we looking for?

Working on your own for prolonged periods, with the occasional message, short video call and update to the team, is your idea of the perfect job.

You know how to get in your zone of genius to produce your best work. Whether that’s at 6am or 1pm, at a coffee shop or your home office. To us, it doesn’t matter. To you, it does.

Hitting deadlines and keeping promises that you’ve made to your team and clients are some of the ways you show excellence.

No growth strategy, copy you write or ideas you throw out there are too trivial, mundane, or repetitive for you. You understand that everything you work on is critical and vital to our success.

Doing research, spotting trends and following industry leaders is something you love doing. You’re always citing a strategy or idea you’ve seen work elsewhere.

You understand that writing words is one of the most powerful skills to have in growth marketing – and you’re good at it.

You have a healthy attention to detail. You can’t use a spreadsheet that’s not neatly formatted, a document with lots of fonts, weird spacing, and no clear outline gives you an eye twitch, and you’re mortified if someone else picks up a spelling mistake in your work.

You are impatient with action but patient with results.
