Job Description

  • Manage a shared inbox, providing timely responses to incoming requests
  • Answer emails, schedule and confirm on-demand appointments
  • Input and maintain accurate customer data in company systems
  • Organize workflow by reading and routing correspondence
  • Manage department schedules, maintaining calendars for personnel and arranging appointments
  • Greet customers in person and via telephone, answering or referring inquiries as needed
  • Maintain customer confidence by ensuring all information remains confidential

Qualifications:

  • 1-2 years of administrative assistant work experience preferred
  • Excellent scheduling and time management skills
  • Strong administrative writing abilities
  • High level of professionalism, confidentiality, and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and/or GSuite applications
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Customer service-oriented mindset
