Job Description

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field is preferred but not required
  • Minimum 1 year experience as an Executive Assistant with C level executives.
  • Excellent Market Research skills and Excel/Google Sheets reporting skills
  • Exceptional organizational and time-management skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite specifically MS Excel and Google Workspace
  • Ability to anticipate needs and think proactively
  • Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information appropriately
