Job Description

 Act as a primary liaison and first point of contact to our CEO
• Partner closely with our CEO to best support him in creating efficient time management of his calendar
• Collaborate in the project management process
• Organize and coordinate internal and external meetings/conference calls across different time zones
• Design presentations, research and analyze data to prepare reports and documents
• Deal with confidential correspondence and information
• Minute-taking at key meetings
• Provide wide-ranging administrative and organizational support to ensure the smooth running of the business
• Support with other tasks

• Higher education
• 1+ year experience as executive assistant
• Strong interpersonal, organizational & people skills
• Attention to details
• Technological proficiency
• Confidentiality
• Excellent at communicating in spoken and written Lithuanian & English
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment where improvements are continuously being made and things are changing quickly
• Wish to be a part of an enthusiastic cross-functional team
