Job Description

  • Create marketing materials (brochures, flyers, digital posters, listing presentations, etc.).
  • Social media management and engagement. Update all Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and other social media posts and respond to followers.
  • Create social media content

  • Generating infographics and video content ideas.
  • Plan and schedule social media posts in advance using social media management tool
  • Growth in social media reach and connecting with investors.

Requirements

  • College educated
  • Candidates must provide either an NBI Clearance or Police Clearance (preferred) upon hiring
  • Must be comfortable with using Hubstaff, a time-tracking application
  • Social media management and/or marketing experience
  • Photo and video editing experience, graphic design experience
  • Professional-level English (written and verbal/voice)
  • Experience using any Customer Relationship Management software, Microsoft Office, and Google Workspace
  • Computer or laptop with access to the internet (min speed of 25 Mbps)
  • Transaction coordination experience is a plus but not required
