Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a full-time Administrative and Sales Assistant. This role is crucial to our operations, combining administrative support with proactive outbound sales efforts.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and respond to incoming emails, ensuring timely and professional communication.
- Maintain meticulous records and data points for various company activities.
- Organize and maintain files and documents within Google Drive.
- Learn and effectively utilize Zoho CRM for contact management and sales tracking.
- Provide comprehensive administrative support as needed.
- Make 200-250 outbound calls per week with a clear outcome.
- Act as the primary gatekeeper for all incoming calls.
- Skillfully convert leads into book sales, course sign-ups, or engagement with financial planning.
- Be highly responsive to both phone calls and emails.
Required Experience and Qualifications:
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in managing email correspondence.
- Experience with Google Drive for file organization.
- Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new software, particularly CRM systems like Zoho.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
Preferred Skills:
- Self-motivated and results-oriented with a strong desire to work independently.
- Ability to manage time effectively.
- Comfortable with a high volume of outbound calls.
