Position Overview:

As an Account Manager, you’ll be the primary point of contact for our clients, ensuring their needs are met and their expectations are exceeded. You’ll oversee client accounts, manage day-to-day communications, and coordinate with internal teams to deliver outstanding service. 

This is a fully remote position, but you should be available for client calls and

meetings during EST working hours or night shift in PH.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for all client-related matters.
• Understand client needs and work proactively to ensure their satisfaction.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and successful delivery of services.
• Prepare and present regular client reports and updates.
• Identify opportunities for growth within existing client accounts.
• Handle client inquiries, requests, and feedback in a timely and professional manner.
• Be available for client calls and meetings during EST working hours.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as an Account Manager, Client Services Manager, or similar role.
• Strong interpersonal skills with a knack for building relationships and trust.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to manage multiple client accounts and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to client needs.
• Experience working with remote teams and familiarity with digital collaboration tools.
• Availability for client calls and meetings during EST working hours.
