Responsibilities

🚀 Your role with us

• You look after your customers from the first contact to the contract extension – personal, committed, solution-oriented
• You will advise on open source subscriptions, support contracts and additional services (e.g. SUSE, Red Hat, GitLab, HashiCorp)
• You build your own customer base and strategically develop existing accounts
• You will identify new business opportunities and work closely with our technical teams
• You bring structure to your pipeline, take care of forecasts and maintain your CRM
• You are present – at community events, trade fairs or in digital exchange formats

Qualification

💡 What you bring to the table

• Experience in account management, sales or customer success in the software/IT sector required
• Knowledge of open source business models (subscriptions, support, consulting) desirable
• Strong communication skills, negotiation skills and enthusiasm for technology
• Structured, self-organized way of working – even in a remote setting
• Enjoy intercultural cooperation and an open, international team
• Very good knowledge of German (C1+) as well as good English in day-to-day business
