ABOUT WUNDERFLATS

As Account Manager France, you will be one of the main contacts for French- and English-speaking customers (owners and tenants).
Your role will be to ensure a smooth and satisfying experience throughout the rental process.

YOUR MISSION

• Accompany tenants and owners from the reservation to the signing of the contract.
• Respond professionally to questions related to the rental.
• Quickly find solutions to improve customer satisfaction.
• Support the team in operational and administrative tasks (contracts, follow-up, etc.).

DESIRED PROFILE

• Speech and business knowledge.
• Telephone fluency and excellent oral communication.
• Ability to work with clear objectives and manage time effectively.
• Team spirit, autonomy, rigor and organization.
• Perfect command of French and a good level of English.
