This is a remote position.

Scope:

  • Part-time position: 5 hours per day, Monday to Friday (9 AM to 2 PM Lehi, Utah Time)
  • Remote work with flexibility for candidates based in the Philippines, China, or Europe
  • Handling less than 10 customer calls per day
  • Managing a variety of administrative and customer service tasks
  • Collaborating with a global team and international client base

Responsibilities:

  • Manage bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks, basic reconciliations
  • Handle customer communications related to logistics via phone, email, WhatsApp, and WeChat
  • Assist with sourcing work and supplier management
  • Organize and maintain complex spreadsheets with advanced formulas
  • Manage and prioritize daily tasks efficiently within a 5-hour workday
  • Support general administrative duties as needed

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in QuickBooks and advanced Excel skills
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities
  • Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal
  • Experience with customer service and multi-channel communication
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Familiarity with international business operations is a plus
  • Basic understanding of or willingness to learn about 3D printing technology
