What You’ll Do:
We are seeking an Administrative Assistant to support our Client’s operations team, with a primary focus on accurately completing and managing forms and documentation. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and skilled in handling repetitive administrative tasks with consistency and precision.
Core Responsibilities:
• Complete, review, and submit various types of forms and documentation accurately and on time.
• Verify information and ensure all data entered is correct and compliant with internal standards.
• Organize and maintain digital and physical filing systems.
• Communicate with internal teams or external partners to obtain necessary information for form completion.
• Track progress and follow up on pending documentation.
• Assist with general administrative duties such as scheduling, data entry, and correspondence.
Required Experience and Qualifications:
• Previous experience in administrative, clerical, or document processing roles.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage repetitive tasks efficiently.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Proficiency with office software (Google Workspace or Microsoft Office Suite).
Preferred Skills:
• Experience working with data management or form-processing systems.
• Familiarity with digital documentation tools or databases.
• Ability to adapt to new software and workflow systems quickly.
