About the Company:
Our Client is a boutique travel company offering personalized and high-touch travel experiences. The company is led by an experienced sales professional who values organization, clear communication, and efficient support to ensure clients receive exceptional service from first contact to final itinerary.
What You’ll Do:
We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant for day-to-day operational and scheduling tasks. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, tech-comfortable, and confident enough to manage processes and keep operations on track.
Responsibilities:
• Manage and coordinate calendars, schedule meetings, and send invites.
• Join or review client calls and follow up with action items.
• Create and send itineraries using company travel software.
• Organize and update client data in Airtable CRM.
• Draft and manage email templates and client correspondence.
• Assist with integrating and syncing calendars (Google Calendar, iCloud).
• Ensure smooth follow-up on sales conversations and client communications.
Required Experience and Qualifications:
• 2–4 years of administrative or executive assistant experience.
• Strong organizational and process-oriented mindset.
• Ability to work independently and confidently with senior management.
• Basic tech-savviness (Airtable, Google Workspace, calendar management).
Preferred Skills:
• Confident communicator.
• Process-driven and reliable.
• Calm under pressure, with a proactive mindset.

English Level:
Native, C2, C1
Schedule:
9-1 EST
