Job Description:
Our client is looking for a full-time Appointment Setter to contact warm leads and schedule sales appointments. The ideal candidate will have excellent spoken English, be goal-driven, and comfortable making a high volume of calls per day. Leads are provided, and the focus is on timely follow-ups and appointment setting—not cold selling.
Responsibilities:
• Make outbound calls to qualified leads to schedule appointments.
• Follow up on warm leads and ensure timely responses.
• Use internal CRM and calling systems to manage tasks and lead statuses.
• Maintain call volume of approximately 120 calls per day.
• Collaborate with the sales team to ensure seamless hand-off and scheduling.
• Meet and exceed weekly appointment-setting targets.
Required Experience and Qualifications:
• Fluent English (C2 level or native-level fluency) with a clear and understandable accent.
• Previous experience in appointment setting, telemarketing, or customer service.
• Comfortable with high call volume and outbound communication.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work full-time during 9 AM – 6 PM PST (Pacific Standard Time).
Preferred Skills:
• Familiarity with CRM systems.
• Experience working with contractors or in the home services industry.
• Knowledge of Facebook lead generation processes.
