Role Snapshot
This position focuses on outbound prospecting, lead qualification, and scheduling meetings for the closing sales team. The ideal candidate is highly motivated, resilient, and eager to grow within sales.
Responsibilities
• Conduct outbound prospecting through cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach.
• Identify and qualify potential leads based on company criteria.
• Engage with decision-makers to understand their pain points and needs.
• Schedule meetings and demos for the sales team.
• Keep CRM systems updated with accurate prospect information.
• Work closely with marketing and sales teams to improve outreach strategies.
• Consistently achieve and exceed outreach and lead generation targets.
Minimum Qualifications
• At least 1 year of experience in sales, business development, or a related field.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Ability to handle objections and maintain resilience in outbound sales.
• Experience using CRM software for lead tracking and follow-ups.
• Self-driven, motivated, and goal-oriented.
Preferred Skills
• Experience in B2B sales or outbound prospecting.
• Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator and other prospecting tools.
• Understanding of sales methodologies such as SPIN, Challenger Sales, or MEDDIC.
