We are pan pan, a specialized e-commerce consultancy with currently 12 employees. Our business is growing rapidly due to a strong market presence and the founder’s personal brand. Until now, sales and initial discussions were completely in the hands of the founder. Now we are looking for you to take on this responsibility, actively building new customer relationships and closing deals. You are not a “number” in the sales team, but the right-hand man of the management and account management in growth.

Your mission: You are our “Hunter”. While our account managers lovingly take care of the expansion of existing customers, your focus is on the “outside”. You identify potential customers, open doors and inspire decision-makers for our consulting approaches until the signature is dry.

Responsibilities

  • Pipeline Building: You will independently build a sales funnel (outbound via LinkedIn, telephone, network & processing of inbound leads). You will also be on site at conferences.
  • Consultative Selling: You don’t sell standard packages, you listen. You understand the pain points of C-level decision-makers in e-commerce and outline initial solutions.
  • Closing: You will lead the entire process from the initial contact to the pitch to the contract negotiation.
  • The Perfect Handover: As soon as the customer is acquired, you hand them over to our account managers and the operational team in a structured onboarding process – and turn to the next lead.

Qualification

  • Hunter mentality: For you, a “no” is only the start of the negotiation. You’re not afraid of cold calling, but do it with charm and intelligence.
  • at least 2 years of agency experience: You know how to sell high-ticket services and you’re not a dull cold-calling cowboy.
  • Technical understanding: You don’t have to be an SEO expert, but you do need to understand what keeps ecommerce leaders up at night (relaunch, traffic loss, tech stack).
  • Strong finishers: You don’t wait for the customer to buy, you guide them to closing.
  • Language skills: Excellent German and fluent English.
