Our 20-strong team of digital natives supports its customers from the DACH region with creative advertising campaigns on Facebook, Instagram and TikTok. We combine media buying with performance-optimized and innovative creatives that convince our customers’ target groups.

To strengthen our team, we are looking for a full-time Creative Strategist.

Responsibilities

• You analyze the social ad campaigns of our customers on Facebook, Instagram & TikTok and derive sensible adjustments to the ads
• You manage the advertising budgets of our partners in Meta Business Manager
• Optimization and scaling potentials will be analyzed and used by you
• In close consultation with the creative team and creator management, you will put campaign strategies into practice
• You will organize the content planning of the projects assigned to you and be responsible for the content
• You will ensure that campaign concepts are successfully implemented

Qualification

• You have a degree in business administration/marketing or similar or a comparable education
• You have at least 2 years of professional experience in the field of social advertising including media buying and independently managed advertising budgets
• You know Meta Business Manager inside out and can fully manage, analyze and scale campaigns and know which KPIs are important in e-commerce
• You can analyze and interpret the campaign results and draw meaningful conclusions from them
• You love to juggle with numbers and use them to see what kind of iterations make sense
• You are an organizational talent who always works in a structured way and can also transfer this way of working to your team
• You cultivate an independent and self-reliant working style with a pronounced hands-on mentality
• Good knowledge of German and English, both written and spoken
• An open, communicative manner and experience in customer contact
