Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
  • Respond promptly and accurately to customer inquiries.
  • Communicate effectively with customers through various channels (phone, email, chat, etc.).
  • Acknowledge, investigate, and resolve customer complaints promptly.
  • Develop a deep understanding of company products and services to confidently answer questions.
  • Process orders, forms, applications, and customer requests efficiently.
  • Document customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints accurately.
  • Collaborate and coordinate with internal teams when necessary.
  • Provide feedback to improve customer service processes and overall efficiency.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through professional support and follow-up.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree  
  • Minimum of 1 year in a customer service or related role
  • Device: Personal Laptop or Desktop (minimum CPU score of 4000 — e.g., AMD equivalent or Intel i5 8th Gen or higher)
  • Memory: Minimum 8 GB RAM
  • Operating System: Windows 11 (Version 24H2 or later) or macOS
  • Free Disk Space: Minimum 38 GB
  • Internet: Hard-wired Ethernet connection (no Wi-Fi only setups)
  • Network Speed: Minimum 6 Mbps upload / 10 Mbps download
  • VPN Access: Required
  • Availability: Able to work 8–9 hour shifts, 5 days a week (Central Standard Time — Dallas) with flexible scheduling.
