Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
- Respond promptly and accurately to customer inquiries.
- Communicate effectively with customers through various channels (phone, email, chat, etc.).
- Acknowledge, investigate, and resolve customer complaints promptly.
- Develop a deep understanding of company products and services to confidently answer questions.
- Process orders, forms, applications, and customer requests efficiently.
- Document customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints accurately.
- Collaborate and coordinate with internal teams when necessary.
- Provide feedback to improve customer service processes and overall efficiency.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through professional support and follow-up.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Minimum of 1 year in a customer service or related role
- Device: Personal Laptop or Desktop (minimum CPU score of 4000 — e.g., AMD equivalent or Intel i5 8th Gen or higher)
- Memory: Minimum 8 GB RAM
- Operating System: Windows 11 (Version 24H2 or later) or macOS
- Free Disk Space: Minimum 38 GB
- Internet: Hard-wired Ethernet connection (no Wi-Fi only setups)
- Network Speed: Minimum 6 Mbps upload / 10 Mbps download
- VPN Access: Required
- Availability: Able to work 8–9 hour shifts, 5 days a week (Central Standard Time — Dallas) with flexible scheduling.
