Responsibilities:

• Provide outstanding customer service to clients.

• Handle administrative tasks related to paperwork and service coordination.

• Assist in managing cremation service logistics.

• Communicate with clients to ensure understanding and trust.

• Maintain accurate records and documentation.

Required Experience and Qualifications:

• Proven experience in an administrative or customer service role.

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

• Excellent English language proficiency, both written and verbal.

• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
